E-commerce and Marketplace Manager

Position Summary
Artika is looking for anEcommerce Manager, DTC & Marketplaces to lead the day-to-day performance, execution, and growth of our ecommerce business acrossShopify DTC and key online marketplaces includingAmazon, Walmart, Wayfair , and other digital sales channels.
This roleis responsible fordriving sales, managing channel performance, owningforecastsand reporting, and ensuring strong execution across all ecommerce touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both commercially minded and highly analytical, with a strong understanding of how different channelsoperate, what drives results on each platform, and how to adapt strategies to meet customer expectations and business goals.
This person will also play a key role in enriching andoptimizingproduct data from the PIM across all online sales channels where Artika sells , ensuring best-in-class product content, consistency, and digital shelf readiness. In addition, this role will collaborate with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to supportSEO and SEM initiatives that drive traffic, visibility, and ecommerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Marketplace Management
- Own the day-to-day management and performance of Artika’s ecommerce business acrossShopify DTC and online marketplaces includingAmazon, Walmart, Wayfair , and other relevant channels.
- Manage and deliver against ecommercesales goals , revenue targets, and growthobjectivesacross all assigned channels.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and proactivelyidentifyrisks, opportunities, and actions needed to improve results.
- Oversee product merchandising, assortment visibility, pricing, promotions, and content readiness across channels.
- Support the execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and channel-specific initiatives.
Sales Growth & Channel Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Identifyopportunities to improve traffic, conversion, average order value, and overall channel productivity.
- Understand the behaviors, standards, and performance expectations of each platform and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Track competitive activity, assortment gaps, pricing trends, and platform changes to inform decisions and drive growth.
Forecasting, Reporting & Planning
- Build and manage sales forecasts by channel, category, and product line.
- Create andmaintainreporting on key ecommerce KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, content performance, and inventory position.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Support budgeting, promotional planning, inventory forecasting, and assortment planning in alignment with broader business goals.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Own the enrichment and optimization ofproduct data from the PIM across all online sales channels where Artika sells .
- Ensure product information isaccurate, complete,optimized, and consistently deployed across Shopify, marketplaces, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to improve the quality and structure of titles, bullets, descriptions, specifications, attributes, imagery, and other digital shelf content.
- Help ensure product content meets platform requirements and supports discoverability, conversion, and customer experience.
- Support new product launches and catalog updates bymaintainingstrong product content readiness across channels.
- Collaborate with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to supportSEO and SEM strategies that drive qualified traffic and ecommerce growth.
- Partneronkeyword strategy, content optimization, campaign alignment, landing page readiness, and performance analysis.
- Help ensure organic and paid search efforts are aligned with ecommerce priorities, promotional calendars, and product launches.
- Monitor performance and provide business context, channel insights, and product priorities to improve campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure strong alignment and execution across ecommerce initiatives.
