Role Overview

Aptean is seeking a sharp, execution-oriented Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to drive pipeline development for two of our highest-priority growth initiatives: Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS) and AppCentral. This role sits within the Growth Marketing North America organization and partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, and ABM teams to turn intent signals into qualified pipeline.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in execution, brings strong project management discipline, and is excited to use modern martech and agentic AI tools to scale impact.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll plan and execute integrated marketing programs across digital demand generation, account-based marketing, and campaign operations. You’ll own day-to-day execution while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs launch on time, perform well, and clearly tie back to revenue impact.

You’ll also play an active role in leveraging agentic AI and emerging marketing technologies to automate workflows, personalize outreach, and improve operational efficiency across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Execute digital marketing programs across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting to drive awareness and pipeline for AIaaS and AppCentral
  • Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget pacing in coordination with the Digital Marketing team
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths to improve funnel performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve spend efficiency and channel mix

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Support ABM programs using 6sense intent data to identify and engage in-market accounts
  • Coordinate personalized execution across ads, email, and content in partnership with creative and content teams
  • Build and maintain target account lists in 6sense and Salesforce; collaborate with Sales on prioritization
  • Track engagement and pipeline influence, feeding insights back into campaign planning

Agentic AI & Marketing Technology

  • Leverage agentic AI tools to automate research, personalization, outreach sequencing, and campaign operations
  • Use Clay to enrich account and contact data and support scalable ABM execution
  • Stay current on emerging AI marketing tools and recommend new capabilities to improve efficiency and performance
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to integrate AI-powered workflows across Marketo, 6sense, and Salesforce

Campaign Operations & Project Management

  • Own end-to-end project management for AIaaS and AppCentral campaigns from brief to launch to performance review
  • Coordinate across Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Sales teams to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and dashboards; keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Draft clear campaign briefs, status updates, and performance summaries tied to business outcomes

About You

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in digital demand generation or ABM, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
  • Hands-on experience executing paid search, paid social, and/or display campaigns
  • Experience supporting ABM programs, including account list management and intent-based targeting
  • Familiarity with agentic AI tools or AI-assisted marketing workflows
  • Experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Working knowledge of 6sense, Demandbase, or a comparable ABM platform
  • Experience using Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or running AI-assisted campaign workflows
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and attribution
  • Background in marketing AI, analytics, or platform/ecosystem software
  • Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, or other industrial verticals
