MARKETING MANAGER- FMCG
Amicus Search & RecruitmentMy Cient is one of leading FMCG companies in it‘s[i] sector and due to the current Marketing Manager relocating, they are now on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to join the Team. I cannot speak highly enough of this business-
I have been fortunate to place a number of people in the business and they genuinely really like working in the company- employees are given a lot of flexibility ( 2 days in office which can be split over blocks of time) but more importantly is the culture of the organisation; a real sense of teamwork and collaboration and the autonomy you will be given.
Although a global organisation, the Irish Team is a small tight knit team where marketing ; commercial and supply chain work together. A number of their brands are number 1 within their category and dominate the Retail marketplace. The country Manager- Richard – leads by example
“ I am really proud of the Team- we had another strong year in 2025 and have ambitious plans to grow again in 2026- and in this role, I am looking for a strong Marketing manager who can come with ideas; take hold of the role; getting buy in from the commercial Team and experience of running media campaigns would be a distinct advantage”
The current Marketing Manager who I placed in the business over 5 years ago said “
I will be sad to move on in the summer but it’s very much for personal/ family reasons; I have loved my time here- Richard gave me a lot of autonomy , I got to work with some great people and built relationships with some top media agencies and I hope that the new Marketing Manager will have as good experience as I have had in the business.”
