This role focuses on making processes more efficient, reducing waste, and delivering measurable business results. You’ll partner closely with finance teams to redesign processes, introduce automation, and support continuous improvement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects, and turning complex processes into simple, effective solutions. What You’ll Do Identify root causes of complex business and process issues Analyze current processes and design improved future-state solutions Lead process improvement and reengineering initiatives (including DMAIC projects) Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and speed Partner with finance stakeholders to understand needs and deliver results Create clear documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics Communicate insights clearly to all levels, including senior leaders Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a matrixed environment Build strong relationships and influence without direct authority What You Bring Required Experience 5+ years of professional experience Proven experience leading process improvement projects Experience documenting and analyzing complex business processes Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes Ability to analyze data and process flows to find optimization opportunities Experience leading DMAIC-based initiatives Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or higher) LEAN training or certification Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) Familiarity with change management methodologies Client or stakeholder relationship management experience Education Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
