About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented, data-curious, and visually minded Growth Marketing Assistant to support email marketing and paid advertising across our DTC brands.
Working closely with management, you'll help bring campaign and growth strategy to life by building and scheduling email campaigns, designing campaign visuals, setting up and monitoring ads, coordinating creative requests, and tracking performance.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong aesthetic judgment, comfort with numbers, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Management will provide structured training, strategic direction, and feedback as you build your skills in both email marketing and paid advertising, with a clear path toward a Growth Marketing Specialist role as you take on greater responsibility.
You'll work with visuals every day, from designing email campaigns to reviewing ad creative, so a strong eye for design is essential.

ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing
- Help build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
- Keep the email content calendar up to date and make sure campaigns and flow updates go out on time.
- Design email campaigns in Canva using brand guidelines and templates.
- Support campaign planning, copywriting, and content production.
- Help manage customer segments, signup forms, and list growth.
- Help run A/B tests and new sending strategies, and summarize the results.
- Learn to monitor deliverability, sender health, and key retention metrics.
- Organize the Klaviyo asset library and templates.
Paid Advertising
- Help set up and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and other channels under management guidance.
- Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and MER using internal dashboards.
- Coordinate creative requests and help test new messaging, offers, and audiences.
Research, Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly performance updates across email and paid channels using the company's internal dashboards.
- Flag performance changes and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Research social trends and trending topics that campaigns can engage with.
- Keep up with new features and updates in Klaviyo, Meta, Google, and other ad platforms, and share relevant findings with management.
- 0–2 years of experience in email marketing, paid advertising, or a related marketing field. Internships and personal projects are welcome.
- Strong aesthetic sense, with a good eye for layout, typography, and on-brand visuals.
- Working proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support research, analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to ask questions, apply feedback, and learn through hands-on work.
- Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple assigned tasks.
- Good team player.
- Experience or coursework with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Shopify, GA4, or similar tools.
- Experience designing visual or marketing materials, such as emails, ads, social posts, or presentations. (school, internship, or personal projects count)
- Interest in DTC, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Salary Range: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience and skill set
