SEO Specialist for Ticket Management Website — 30-Day Trial
UpworkNew England Ticket Management is a Massachusetts-based ticket management service for season-ticket holders, suite owners, businesses, and other ticket owners who want help selling tickets they will not use. We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist for a paid 30-day trial to build a strong, measurable search foundation for our website.
This is not a request for vague monthly SEO or guaranteed rankings. We want a hands-on specialist who can diagnose the site, implement approved fixes, establish accurate tracking, and leave us with a clear plan for continued growth.
30-day deliverables
1. Complete a technical and on-page SEO audit with a prioritized action list covering indexing, crawlability, sitemap/robots, canonical tags, page speed/Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, metadata, headings, internal links, structured data, and conversion paths.
2. Verify or correctly configure Google Search Console, GA4, and conversion tracking for qualified inquiries, with all accounts and data owned by New England Ticket Management.
3. Perform keyword and competitor research for high-intent searches related to selling unused tickets, season-ticket management, suite-ticket management, and relevant New England/local opportunities. Provide a keyword-to-page map based on realistic difficulty and search intent.
4. Implement the highest-priority approved fixes during the trial, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, schema, sitemap/indexing corrections, and practical performance improvements.
5. Audit our Google Business Profile/local SEO foundation and provide a safe plan for service areas, NAP consistency, citations, reviews, and local landing pages. Do not publish a private home address.
6. Deliver a 90-day content and landing-page roadmap, including recommended topics, target keywords, search intent, and at least two detailed content briefs.
7. Provide weekly progress updates and a final report showing the baseline, work completed, remaining issues, early results, and next priorities.
Success for the first month will be measured by correct tracking, clean indexing, resolved technical issues, completed on-page improvements, a defensible keyword plan, and qualified website inquiries. We understand meaningful organic rankings and revenue usually take longer than 30 days.
Requirements
- Proven technical, on-page, and local SEO experience for U.S. service businesses.
- Strong Google Search Console and GA4 skills.
- Clear English communication and documentation.
- No purchased links, private blog networks, spam, automated content, fake reviews, or other black-hat tactics.
- Do not make unapproved website changes or describe the business as a licensed reseller while its licensing renewal is in process.
- All accounts, analytics, research, content, and deliverable files must remain owned by New England Ticket Management.
When applying, please include
1. Two relevant case studies with starting point, timeline, work performed, and measurable results such as qualified leads, organic clicks, or conversions—not only ranking screenshots.
2. Your proposed 30-day plan and what you can realistically complete within the $750 fixed-price trial.
3. The access you will need and how you will document every change.
4. Your availability for a brief weekly check-in.
Strong performance may lead to ongoing work, but this posting is for the initial 30-day trial only.
