Industrial - Delivering Value Starts Here Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Serve as the primary hands‑on technical and strategic lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Account Engage (formerly Pardot) , ensuring full utilization of platform capabilities. Architect and implement complex customer journeys and automation workflows using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Engagement Studio.

Think both creatively and technically, with a cross-marketing channel, integrated marketing mindset. Manage cross channel, cross tactic, campaigns facilitated by audience triggers and segment bucketing to deploy the right messages and tactics to the right audiences at the right times.
