Content & Community Coordinator

We're looking for an entry-level Content & Community Coordinator to join our team. This person will play a key role in bringing our clients' social media presence to life: creating content, publishing content, keeping a close eye on live activity across accounts, and turning performance data into clear, actionable reports. You'll work across multiple client accounts and industries, so variety and adaptability are a must.

What You'll Do

• Design graphics and visual content for social media posts across multiple client accounts, following each brand's voice and visual guidelines
• Schedule and publish posts according to approved content calendars
• Monitor accounts in real time, responding to comments/messages, flagging urgent issues, and engaging with the community in a timely, on-brand manner
• Track performance metrics and compile regular reports summarizing engagement, growth, and content performance
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency across platforms and clients
• Stay current on platform trends, features, and best practices

What You'll Need

• Experience creating graphics for social platforms (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling/publishing tools (Hootsuite or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency, especially when managing multiple client accounts
• Comfort pulling and interpreting basic analytics/reporting data
• Excellent written communication skills for community engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage time, including some evening/weekend monitoring as needed

• Salary: $42,000-46,000, based on experience
• Hybrid schedule: In-office 3 days/week, Work from home 2 days/week
