We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our lean marketing team and help turn SmartPixel’s marketing initiatives into a more consistent, measurable growth engine.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can independently own initiatives across demand generation, paid acquisition, content, and performance. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales team, and company leadership to execute strategy, generate qualified opportunities, and continuously improve marketing results.

Main Responsibilities1. Strategy, Planning & Ownership
  • Help translate SmartPixel’s marketing strategy into measurable campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to marketing roadmaps, campaign planning, channel priorities, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Present clear recommendations and work autonomously with Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
2. Acquisition & Performance
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop targeting, messaging, creative, offers, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Build and improve funnels including forms, nurture campaigns, and HubSpot workflows.
  • Work with Sales to evaluate lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
  • Continuously test and recommend where budget and effort should be scaled, adjusted, or stopped.
3. Content & Creative
  • Own a practical content calendar supporting campaigns, brand visibility, product marketing, and Sales.
  • Create or coordinate content including project showcases, social posts, videos, case studies, testimonials, newsletters, and campaign materials.
  • Work directly within SmartPixel’s applications to capture screenshots, walkthroughs, videos, and other product content.
  • Produce or edit visual content when practical, while knowing when to efficiently use freelancers, agencies, or other external resources.
  • Maintain strong visual quality and brand consistency across channels.
4. Website, AI & Marketing Technology
  • Support landing pages and routine website, CMS, form, tracking, and SEO updates.
  • Work comfortably across tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, Search Console, GTM, advertising platforms, and creative tools.
  • Use AI, automation, and no-code tools to improve productivity and reduce repetitive work.
  • Be technically resourceful, comfortable learning new software, and capable of solving routine technical challenges independently.
5. Analysis & Reporting
  • Track acquisition cost, conversion, qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and channel performance.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence across campaigns and major initiatives.
  • Turn performance data into clear recommendations on what to improve, test, scale, or stop.
  • Help bring greater structure and accountability to marketing planning and execution.
Profile Sought
  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, a digital agency, or a fast-moving SME.
  • Proven experience independently planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition, demand generation, funnels, conversion, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong writing and messaging skills across ads, landing pages, email, social media, and sales materials.
  • Strong creative judgment with experience producing or directing visual and video content.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot, Webflow or similar CMS platforms, paid media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Technically fluent and comfortable using AI, automation, and modern marketing tools.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives without requiring constant direction.
  • Comfortable presenting recommendations and working directly with senior leadership.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
