About the Opportunity:

The DATA ANALYST - TEST & LEARN role is focused on designing and analyzing test experiments to answer key business questions and improve decision-making processes. This position delivers insights that directly influence business strategies by partnering with stakeholders across departments. The role contributes by ensuring that analytical findings are communicated effectively to support continuous business improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop test strategies addressing key questions.
• Present clear, actionable test results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify new testing opportunities.
• Participate in test planning, providing guidance on design and adapting to business needs.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing based on business impact.
• Serve as liaison between test vendors and internal IT for data setup and validation.
• Share learnings and best practices across analytics teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in analytics with experience leading data-driven projects.
• Proficiency in Mastercard's Test & Learn tool with hands-on test analysis experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business needs and deliver insights that enhance performance.
• Foundation in statistical modeling techniques.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
• Expertise in SQL for handling large datasets.
• Collaborative skills bridging business, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Experience delivering complex analytics projects with strategic recommendations.
• Ability to critically assess data limitations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
