Ecommerce Manager

Ecommerce Manager – $70,000 + Bonus

R2 are currently partnered with a growing consumer brand who are looking to add a dedicated and commercially minded Ecommerce Manager to their team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the day-to-day ecommerce operation and wants to have a genuine impact on online sales and growth. You’ll take ownership of the ecommerce experience across Shopify and Amazon, managing everything from product listings and site merchandising through to promotions, SEO, email marketing and ongoing site optimisation.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure the online channels are performing at their best, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey, increase conversion and ultimately drive revenue.

What we are looking for:

• Strong previous experience in an Ecommerce Manager / Ecommerce Specialist position
• Proven experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, product listings and onsite optimisation
• Experience with SEO, Klaviyo and Google Analytics
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of ecommerce KPIs and online sales performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a hands-on ecommerce environment
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and making improvements rather than simply maintaining the status quo
