About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join a growing design-led retail and lifestyle business known for curating exceptional customer experiences across design, culture, and premium retail environments.

This role will support brand growth through integrated marketing, communications, events, digital content, and public relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

• Support the development and execution of brand growth initiatives
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Communications & PR

• Coordinate media outreach and press communications
• Build relationships with publications, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Support the creation of marketing collateral and communication materials

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms and content calendars
• Create engaging organic content across digital channels
• Support digital marketing campaigns and audience engagement strategies

Events

• Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and brand experiences
• Coordinate suppliers, stakeholders, and event logistics

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on campaign results
• Monitor audience engagement and digital performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles
• Experience across digital marketing, social media, communications, and events
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Proficiency with social media and marketing analytics tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
