THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a commercially minded, creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute our marketing strategy as we grow across the UK, Europe, North America, the UAE and new territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGY & GROWTH
Own and execute the digital lead marketing strategy, supporting route demand, customer acquisition and seat sales.
PAID PERFORMANCE
Hands-on management and optimisation of Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital channels, focused on ROI and conversion.
EMAIL & CRM
Create campaigns that convert enquiries, nurture prospects, drive repeat bookings and support underperforming routes.
INFLUENCERS & AFFILIATES
Identify, negotiate and manage influencer, affiliate and strategic partner contracts, relationships and performance.
WEBSITE & BRAND
Own the marketing look, feel and effectiveness of the K9 JETS website and customer journey.
EVENT ACTIVATON & COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
Activate our flagship Crufts sponsorship and identify high-value events and partnerships across the US, Europe and UAE.
AIRPORT ACTIVATION
Develop brand activations at key gateways including London, New Jersey, Miami, Los Angeles and across Europe.
MERCHANDISE
Lead the development, sourcing and presentation of K9 JETS branded merchandise.
ABOUT YOU
• Strong hands-on digital marketing experience is essential, particularly Google Ads, Meta and performance marketing.
• Able to build the strategy and execute it - this is not a role focused solely on managing agencies.
• Creative, commercially focused and confident using data to turn marketing activity into enquiries
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within a fast-moving, small entrepreneurial business with ambitious growth plans.
• Aviation, private aviation, luxury travel or premium consumer brand experience is preferred but not essential.
