Senior Manager, Digital Marketplaces & Third-Party Delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart)

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-known, multi-location food and hospitality brand to hire a Senior Manager to lead its digital ordering and third-party delivery business. This is a high-visibility role that owns the growth, profitability, and day-to-day operational health of the channel across all locations, working closely with Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and store leadership. It's a chance to take a growing channel and put real structure, process, and scale behind it. You’ll also manage a team of two.

The role is hybrid, with travel up to 20% to other locations and partner sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning relationships with third-party delivery partners, including contract terms, commission structures, and service levels, while driving sales, order value, and conversion through merchandising, promotions, and sponsored placements.
• Building and standardizing in-store procedures for digital orders, from order prep and accuracy to handoffs and driver wait times.
• Overseeing menu and catalog accuracy across platforms, including pricing, availability, and item mapping.
• Setting up weekly and monthly KPI reporting on sales, accuracy, cancellations, and customer satisfaction, then working with store teams and cross-functional partners to fix root causes and roll out improvements.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years in digital commerce, off-premise strategy, marketplace management, or product operations within retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You know the major delivery aggregators well and are comfortable with POS, ordering, and order management integrations.
• You have a desire to mentor/manage those around you.
• You understand how a store actually runs and can translate that into processes teams will follow.
• You're analytical and commercially minded, comfortable in Excel and ideally SQL or BI tools, and you can influence field and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
