Senior Manager

Senior Manager, Digital Commerce & Delivery, NYC (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a private equity-backed retail and hospitality brand on the search for a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce & Delivery.

This role sits where digital, technology and operations meet. You'll own the company's third-party delivery and digital ordering business end to end: the platform partnerships, the commercial results, and the in-store execution that makes it all work.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of two experienced managers and set the direction for a function that is being built
• Own the delivery platform relationships, including contract terms, commissions and service levels
• Drive growth in digital sales through merchandising, promotions and paid placements on each platform
• Build the reporting that runs the business, tracking sales, order accuracy, cancellations and customer experience, and act on what it shows
• Make fulfillment work at store level, with clear, consistent processes for how digital orders are picked, packed and handed off
• Keep product, pricing and inventory accurate across every channel
• Partner with marketing, technology, finance and operations to launch improvements and pilot new service models
• Train and support store teams as digital ordering becomes a bigger part of how they work

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of progressive experience across digital commerce, delivery operations, supply chain or inventory in retail, eCommerce, restaurants or hospitality
• Experience on both sides: product and inventory, and tech-driven third-party platforms (E.g. DoorDash, Uber Eats Instacart, or Shopify)
• Hospitality backgrounds are welcome where you've owned a large portfolio and managed third-party booking platforms
• Strong with data, whether in Excel, SQL or BI tools, and able to turn reporting into decisions
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners and field teams across multiple locations
• A doer. You roll up your sleeves, flag problems early and bring solutions with them
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technology, operations or a related field, or equivalent experience

Compensation & logistics:

• Base salary: $130,000 to $150,000, plus a 20% discretionary bonus
• Fully paid health insurance, PTO plus floating holidays, and Summer Fridays
• Location: New York, NY. Hybrid, three days a week on site
• Travel: 15 to 20%
• Team: 2 direct reports
