The Organization

A leading retail and ecommerce organization is seeking a Web Analyst to join its analytics team. This is an opportunity to support a data-driven business focused on understanding customer behavior, improving digital experiences, and driving informed decision-making across key stakeholders.

The Role

The Web Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital performance and customer behavior data to generate actionable insights that support business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Using SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from multiple databases and sources

• Leveraging Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics to measure website performance and understand customer behavior

• Supporting A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to evaluate and improve digital experiences

• Building dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making

• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within digital and customer data

• Partnering with business and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals

• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization

The Requirements

• Strong experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting

• Experience working with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics

• Hands-on experience supporting A/B testing and/or multivariate testing initiatives

• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms

• Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary & Benefits

• $70,000 - $82,500 base salary
