Marketing Manager
BNF HospitalitySenior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager – Middle East (Group Role)
Location: Abu Dhabi (hybrid)
Reporting to: Marketing Director, London Head Office
Travel: Regular travel to Dubai
About the Group: BNF Hospitality
We are an international hospitality group focused on the design, development and operation of distinctive restaurant and bar brands. At our core is a belief that great hospitality brings people together. Whether for business or pleasure, celebration or connection, day or night, our brands provide the stage and setting for memorable moments — shaped by quality, atmosphere, design and thoughtful hospitality. BNF Hospitality exists to create places that matter to people — places they want to be, and return to.
Our portfolio includes established and growing restaurant brands across London and the Middle East, with further international expansion underway. As we continue to grow, we are building a marketing function that is thoughtful, creative, culturally fluent and strategically aligned across markets.
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager (or Senior Marketing Executive) to play a pivotal role across our group of restaurant brands in the Middle East, as well as supporting the UK team with guidance, insights and local audience activations for the UK brands. Reporting into our Marketing Director in London, this role will be instrumental in translating, adapting and shaping group marketing strategies for the local markets and audiences, ensuring our brands feel culturally relevant, respectful and compelling across the region. We have a significant, international audience which is growing, and we want to develop that community in an intentional and meaningful way.
Based in Abu Dhabi, the role is hybrid in nature — working across our restaurant environments, from home, and with regular collaboration and travel to Dubai, and occasional travel to the UK. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, cultural insight with brand guardianship. We are a small but growing company, and at our current stage and size, every role requires a can-do, sleeves-rolled-up approach. This means being as comfortable delivering the work yourself as you are shaping the strategy, working collaboratively and practically to get things done.
