Our client is a full-service general contractor that has built a strong reputation in South Florida's luxury market over more than two decades, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects defined by exceptional craftsmanship. A founder-led, family-owned business, it is a tight-knit team of 20+ where ideas are heard and craftsmanship is a point of pride.

The Projects

The portfolio is entirely luxury-tier and weighted toward residential:

• Remodelling (60%): single-family homes and penthouses
• Custom homes (30%): ground-up, beachfront bespoke residences
• Commercial (10%): High-end retail, hospitality, and office projects

The company is now looking to grow its commercial footprint without compromising the residential work that built its name.

The Role

This is a position for a construction-savvy Project Manager who also thinks like a business builder. You will run projects day to day while shaping how the company operates and where it goes next. Reporting directly to the owners, you will bring structure, spot opportunities for improvement, and help open new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead multiple luxury residential and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedule, budget, quality, and safety
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and owner's representatives
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and cost tracking
• Maintain the high standard of finish and client experience expected at this level

Business Development

• Identify, pursue, and win commercial and midsize townhome opportunities
• Build relationships with developers, architects, brokers, hospitality operators, and property owners
• Lead bid strategy, proposals, estimates, and negotiations
• Develop a pipeline and positioning strategy for the company's commercial expansion

Operations & Leadership

• Assess current processes and implement systems for scheduling, cost control, reporting, and project handover
• Advise on contract structures (lump sum, GMP, cost-plus, design-build, CM at risk) and risk allocation appropriate to each project type
• Improve subcontractor prequalification, bid leveling, and vendor management
• Mentor project staff and help build the team as the company grows
