Position Overview

We are seeking Email Marketers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage effective email marketing campaigns.
• Segment lists and personalize content to increase open and click-through rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling email templates.
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Ensure compliance with anti-spam laws and industry best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign metrics.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of email automation and segmentation strategies.
• Familiarity with Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL) is an asset.
