CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
US BioTek LaboratoriesAbout the Role
US BioTek Laboratories is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle of email marketing and CRM operations across our HubSpot platform. This role drives practitioner and patient engagement, retention, and revenue growth by building and optimizing the workflows, campaigns, and data infrastructure that power our marketing engine. You'll work across email marketing, marketing automation workflows & sequences, and database management, turning a dual B2B2C audience (healthcare practitioners and their patients) into a well-segmented, well-nurtured, and measurable pipeline. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who wants to own both the strategy and the execution of CRM-driven marketing.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week at home and 2 days a week at the office in Shoreline with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
● Audit and rebuild the email marketing calendar and workflow architecture in HubSpot, including the welcome series, certification-funnel nurtures, re-engagement campaigns, upsell campaigns, and transactional messaging.
● Standardize CRM property usage, eliminate duplicate or dead lists, and document naming conventions to establish long-term data integrity.
● Design, launch, and continuously optimize nurture sequences that increase practitioner activation, moving certified-but-not-yet-ordering practitioners into active ordering status.
● Maintain email deliverability benchmarks (>95% inbox placement, <0.1% spam complaints) and enforce list hygiene practices, including bounce and unsubscribe management.
● Build and maintain reporting dashboards covering acquisition source, lifecycle stage conversion, and campaign ROI, reviewed monthly with stakeholders.
● Use demographic and activity data to create tailored segments for targeted remarketing campaigns.
● Partner cross-functionally with copywriting, SEO/AEO, paid media, and analytics functions to align CRM and lifecycle efforts with broader marketing strategy.
Qualifications
● 4+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM management.
● Hands-on marketing automation expertise (HubSpot Preferred) in workflows, lists, sequences, custom properties, and native reporting, not just working familiarity.
● Solid grasp of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation management, and audience segmentation.
● A demonstrated track record of using email marketing to improve business outcomes.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns & workflows without dropping details.
● Analytical mindset. Able to diagnose root causes of funnel or engagement issues rather than just reporting symptoms and proactively make adjustments.
Preferred Skills
● Experience within B2B2C, healthcare, diagnostics, wellness or a comparable regulated/complex-audience industry.
● Experience marketing to a dual practitioner/patient (or similarly layered B2B2C) audience.
● Comfort with analytical reporting; basic SQL or experience with HubSpot's SQL-style reporting tools.
● A proactive, self-starting approach, bringing new ideas and process improvements without waiting to be asked.
Pay and Benefits Package
● $82,000 - $110,000, DOE
● Medical, Voluntary Dental, Vision, HSA, Life and AD&D Insurance, EAP, 401k with employer match, 10 Paid Vacation Days, Sick Leave, 7 Paid Holidays, Floating Holiday
