Full-time | $50,000–$60,000/year, DOE

About Spinato's Pizzeria & Family Kitchen

Spinato’s Pizzeria & Family Kitchen is a family-owned and employee-owned Arizona restaurant brand that has been serving the Valley for more than 50 years. With six locations across the Phoenix metro area and a growing footprint, we’re proud to be the Official Pizza of the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Arizona Cardinals, while staying deeply rooted in the local communities that got us here.

Our marketing is intentional. Every post, campaign, partnership and story should have a purpose and feel unmistakably like Spinato’s. Our voice is human, warm, conversational and never overly corporate or sales-driven. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who understands that great social isn’t about posting just to post. It’s about knowing our audience, finding the story worth telling, creating genuine connection and protecting a brand that our family, employee-owners and guests have built together for generations.

About the Role

This role supports execution of our social strategy across platforms, bringing our food, people, and family story to life through consistent, engaging content. You'll work closely with the Social Media Manager and the wider marketing team to manage day-to-day social activity, create content, tell a story through photos/videoas, and make sure every post reflects the Spinato's brand: authentic, community-driven, and quality-obsessed.

What You'll Do

Social Media Execution & Support

• Support overall social media and campaign execution across all channels and locations.

• Build, fulfill, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok on the cadence set by the content calendar and the Social Media Manager.

• Manage daily community engagement: comments, DMs, and reviews with a tone that matches Spinato’s voice.

• Develop TikTok content that aligns with current trends and Spinato’s brand voice, testing new formats as the platform evolves.

• Create and publish Instagram Stories, Reels, and other short-form content on a consistent weekly cadence.

• Flag community issues, trends, or escalations.

Content Creation

• Write engaging, on-brand captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to support discoverability, with support from the Social Media Manager.

• Proofread all social content for accuracy, tone, and quality before it goes live.

• Capture organic photo and video content in-store and at events, turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping posts and reels.

• Oversee professional photography and videography for print ads, website, live media, billboards, training content and more.

• Lead with professional photoshoots and content production days; setting up shots, gathering assets, and organizing footage for later use.

Creative Production

• Design simple social graphics and marketing visuals in Canva, following established brand templates and guidelines.

• Edit and finish photos and videos for social use (Reels, TikToks, Stories), keeping a consistent, polished look across every channel.

• Edit and finish photos and videos for professional use (Ads, Brand, YouTube), keeping a consistent, polished look that aligns with our brand guidelines.

• Support creation of internal and external training videos.

• Small graphic design flyers and assets for the store locations as needed.

Brand & Community Initiatives

• Help coordinate and execute social-driven campaigns and promotions from concept through to posting.

• Support creation of social gift baskets and marketing giveaways, coordinating logistics and content around social campaigns.

• Assist with Staff Social Club initiatives and internal engagement content that builds culture across all six locations.

• Provide support and guidance to social media interns, helping onboard them to brand voice and content workflows.

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and marketing team on campaigns and promotions, from planning through execution.

• Assist with communications needs as they relate to social, including internal updates and community-facing messaging.

• Support ongoing marketing and charity events.

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social scheduling tools.

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

• Professional photo & video editing skills (Adobe, CapCut, etc.).

• Must own a personal, professional-grade camera for high-quality photo and video capture.

• Comfortable capturing content on mobile and editing in real time.

• Understanding of social trends, especially in food/hospitality.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Physically able to work onsite events, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice to Have
