Growth Marketing Associate — Remote (U.S. Based) | Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly creative, AI-native, entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Associate to help grow two of our fast-moving brands:

• WonderDads (www.wonderdads.com)
• MyProfessionalBrand (www.myprofessionalbrand.com)

What You’ll Do

• Run low-cost growth marketing experiments
• Test new audience acquisition ideas weekly
• Use social media to build awareness and drive engagement
• DM executives, creators, partners, affiliates, and communities
• Help recruit speakers, affiliates, ambassadors, and local leaders
• Build partnership relationships with recruiters and other channels
• Create and edit short-form video and social content
• Use AI tools to prototype marketing ideas quickly
• Find creative ways to generate traffic without expensive ads
• Help certain social posts and campaigns go viral
• Get our brands featured in newsletters, communities, directories, podcasts, and online groups
• Track results and double down on what works

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, social media, partnerships, or creator/community work
• Extremely resourceful and proactive
• Comfortable sending outreach and starting conversations online
• Strong social media instincts
• Organized and able to manage many moving parts
• Excited by startups and entrepreneurship
• AI-native and comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Comfortable creating content and simple videos
• Curious, ambitious, and action-oriented

What Success Looks Like

Your goal is simple: Help generate at least $10,000/month in new revenue from new growth channels and experiments. We care more about:

• creativity
• speed
• initiative
• experimentation
• execution

…than perfect resumes or corporate experience.

Bonus points if you

• have grown social accounts
• have run affiliate/community programs
• have used tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Notion, etc.
• have experimented with viral or creator-led marketing

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll run growth experiments, test viral ideas, build partnerships, create content, use AI tools daily, and help us discover entirely new ways to grow revenue without relying heavily on ads. You’ll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer and work across a portfolio of startup brands inside SideStarter. If you love trying ideas quickly, figuring things out, using AI creatively, and wearing a lot of hats you’ll probably love this role.
