Are you a social media professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? A political advertising and communications agency is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage social platforms for multiple political and advocacy clients while coordinating with account, design, and video teams to deliver timely and engaging content.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms for multiple political and advocacy clients.
• Publish client-requested content accurately and on schedule.
• Set up and manage boosted posts according to established protocols.
• Support content development alongside account, design, and video teams.
• Manage client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Rumble.
• Balance multiple client requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant social media experience.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and publishing workflows.
• Self-starter who can reliably complete work with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage fast-moving client requests and competing deadlines.
• Political or agency experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Arizona-based candidates are preferred. Remote candidates may be considered for exceptional talent.

Compensation: DOE, plus competitive bonuses, win bonuses, and benefits.
