About the Role We’re looking for a creative, business-savvy Advertising Campaign Manager to develop, pitch, and manage high-impact campaigns for luxury clients and emerging designers. This role is ideal for someone with strong fashion instincts and a hunger for client acquisition. This is not a full-time position—it should be considered a freelance gig or side opportunity with flexible hours and high earning potential. You’ll earn commission-based income for managing ad campaigns—but you’ll also have the opportunity to source your own leads and earn significantly more by bringing in your own clients. Responsibilities Design and manage fashion-focused advertising campaigns using Noir Starr’s AI and editorial models Integrate model talent into compelling, brand-aligned visual narratives Optimize campaigns across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Leverage AI tools and trend data to shape campaign direction Source new clients via Email outreach Social media networking (DMs, LinkedIn, IG) Direct phone contact or referrals Collaborate with the creative director on model selections, brand fit, and final approval of campaigns Compensation 35% commission on any campaign assigned to you 40% commission if you bring in the client directly Unlimited earning potential based on outreach and performance Flexible, remote work structure with opportunities for advancement What We’re Looking For Degree or experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or a related field Knowledge of social media strategy and fashion branding Understanding of AI and its role in modern marketing (we’ll train if needed) Confident communicator with a strong sense of style and market trends Experience in client outreach or sales is a strong plus This is a contract, project-based gig with real potential to evolve as the agency scales.
