Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms

Manage and grow social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings

Create compelling digital content including graphics, copy, and video assets

Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.CHAT GPT ) and track ROI

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing in the Home Improvement industry.

Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems

Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly

Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
