W E A R E H I R I N G

Social Media Manager

Write, publish, and measure content for IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole. Help the Down Market Product launch with clear buyer education and an active founder community. Turn relevant engagement into conversations. Report to our Creative Lead. Full time. Remote, global.

You Should Not Apply for This Job If

• You post and walk away. Publishing is half the job. Reading the numbers the next morning and changing the next post is the other half.

• You cannot write. Every clip needs a caption, every graphic a post, and every approved episode a description. If sharp, clean copy is not your strength, this is not your seat.

• You tease and never pay it off. If the post promises a rule, the post tells you the rule. Curiosity gets the click. The payoff earns the follow.

• You treat every platform the same. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X play different roles. You adapt the idea to the channel and focus first on the platforms the approved launch plan can support.

• You need a new brief every day. You will get a content calendar and a brand voice. The execution is yours.

• You think social media is not your number. This seat should produce relevant conversations and applications, not just impressions. You know which offer a founder fits and hand them to the right route.

• You have never worked for a B2B founder. Our audience is founders and CEOs. They do not want trends for the sake of trends. They want ideas they can use on Monday.

• You think AI writes the posts. It drafts. You decide.

Still here? Good. Keep reading.

We make more content than we publish. Podcast episodes, Core Four trainings, client wins, articles, frameworks, and founder conversations are already recorded. The Down Market Product needs a clear learn and own story and an active Skool community before its first paid member arrives.

That is this seat. You take the plan from the Creative Lead, approved product direction from Peter, edits from the video editor, and graphics from the designer. You turn those assets into platform native posts and a reliable calendar, then report what earns attention from the right founder.

Then you work the comments and messages. Invite appropriate people toward the application or useful community content, and hand qualified interest to the booking team. Peter and Umair own the Down Market Product member experience; you help the community feel active and useful.

Why this seat matters

Our goal is 100 Cubed by 2035: help 100,000 founders grow, build $100 million in annual revenue, and do it with 100 people or fewer, all by 2035. Founders follow people who show up every day with something worth reading. Every day we show up is a day a future client gets to know us before they ever book a call.

The Math of the Seat

• Three public brands. IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole have distinct voices. Each can discuss transformation or the Down Market Product, but the buyer and next step must always be clear.

• A prioritized channel plan. Publish at a cadence the team can sustain across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X, with the launch path prioritized over blanket daily posting.

• One report a week. Show the Creative Lead what shipped, who it reached, which offer it supported, what conversations or applications followed, and what changes next.

• Daily time on leads. Comments, messages, and follow-ups worked every day, not when there is time.

What This Person Actually Does

• Write the copy. Hooks, captions, titles, descriptions, and posts tailored to the channel and founder. Explain that the Down Market Product teaches members to build and own their system; transformation includes direct implementation.

• Run the five-second check. Before anything posts, ask one question: if their phone died five seconds in, would they go looking for the rest? If not, it does not ship.

• Schedule and publish approved content on the calendar, with the right format, cover, tags, links, and application path. Protect the launch assets and coordinate course or community release timing with Peter and Umair.

• Release approved podcast episodes to YouTube, Spotify, and the website with accurate descriptions and clips. A dedicated podcast funnel for the Down Market Product is a post launch test if Mark and Peter approve it.

• Track reach, engagement, relevant profile visits, application clicks, qualified conversations, and booked calls by post, platform, brand, and offer. Report weekly what you are changing.

• Generate leads. Work comments and messages, share the right resource or GoHighLevel application, and hand warm leads to Marina or the booking team with context. Transformation fit routes to Mark; Down Market Product fit routes through Marina to Peter.

• Support the founder community. With Peter and Umair, seed useful Skool posts and discussion prompts before the first paid member joins. Keep member content and public promotion coordinated without promising unfinished features.

• Protect the voice. Direct, calm, no hype. Do not publish a 30 percent revenue guarantee unless Mark approves the exact promise and terms.

The Kind of Operator We Want

Think of the person running the channels for a founder whose posts you actually read. Consistent, sharp, never generic. They write like the founder on a good day, and they can tell which post deserves a boost before the numbers confirm it.

You are organized enough to run three brands across prioritized platforms without dropping approved work, and curious enough to spot which founder questions deserve a new clip or post.

What You Bring

• Proof of growth. Accounts you ran, where they started, where they ended, and what you changed.

• Strong written English. Clean, confident, and fast. You catch your own typos.

• Platform fluency. Formats, lengths, and what performs on each platform right now.

• Publishing tools. A scheduler such as Buffer, Metricool, or Hootsuite, plus YouTube Studio and Spotify for podcasts.

• Lead generation from social. You have turned engagement into booked calls or sales for a business, and you can show us how.

• Organization. Three brands, distinct offers, prioritized channels, one calendar, clear approval and handoff paths.

• Hook sense. You know why one post stops the scroll and another does not, and you can explain it.

• AI-forward. You use AI to draft, repurpose, and analyze. AI sharpens your writing. It does not replace your judgment.

How We Hire, Fire, and Promote

These are not posters on a wall. They decide who we hire, who we keep, and who we let go.

• We hire missionaries, not mercenaries. People who act like owners and care about the mission.

• We are a team, not a family. We compete, we hold a high bar, and the seat is earned every season.

• We practice radical candor. The best idea wins regardless of title. We say it to your face or we do not say it.

• We do what we say we are going to do. Integrity here is simple. You keep your commitments.

• We put A-players in every seat. Fewer, better people, paid above market, each one someone we would fight to keep.

How We Work

• Full-time, remote, global. We care what you ship, not where you live.

• U.S. Eastern overlap, including the 9:30 AM ET daily huddle.

• Small team, high leverage, powered by AI and systems. Every seat carries weight. Yours carries our voice in public.

What success looks like at 90 days

• Launch publishing is reliable. Every approved piece in the prioritized calendar goes live with the correct offer and call to action.

• The member community is active. Founding members see useful posts and prompts in Skool before paid members arrive, in coordination with Peter and Umair.

• The report runs itself. The Creative Lead gets a weekly view of content performance and source attributed conversations, applications, and calls.

• Social produces qualified interest. We can identify which conversations and applications began with social content and whether they fit the Down Market Product or transformation.

• The numbers moved. Relevant audience growth and engagement are improving, with a clear explanation of what worked and what did not.

Where This Seat Goes

As we add platforms, products, and people, social becomes a team. The person who builds the system first has the inside track to lead it.

Compensation

Base plus bonus. We do not publish a fixed number because we do not hire fixed people. The base is calibrated to your location and experience. The bonus is tied to audience growth and the leads social generates. If that scoreboard scares you, this is the wrong seat.

How to Apply

Do not send a generic resume. Send proof.

• Two accounts you grew. Where they started, where they ended, and what you changed.

• Rewrite a post. Pick one of Mark's LinkedIn posts for a founder who wants to learn and own the revenue system. Keep it under 150 words and explain why your version is clearer.

• Leads you generated. How engagement on an account you ran turned into conversations, calls, or sales.

• Your AI workflow. The tools and steps you use to go from one video to a week of posts.

Shortlisted candidates get a paid trial: one approved Core Four clip adapted for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, plus a Skool discussion prompt, in 48 hours.

Apply through the LinkedIn posting or the careers page at igtms.com/careers, or send it straight to [email protected]. We read every one that shows real work.

IGTMS is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building a team where motivated people thrive.
