The Marketing Manager owns demand generation and brand execution for a high-growth technology company, translating positioning into multi-channel campaigns that reliably produce pipeline and pipeline-quality leads.
The role sits at the intersection of content, SEO/SEM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing — partnering with sales, design, and product to plan, launch, and measure programs that move real revenue metrics, not vanity numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and launch integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, and organic channels
- Own SEO and SEM strategy: keyword targeting, on-page optimization, ad copy, and landing-page conversion testing
- Build and maintain the content calendar, partnering with writers and designers to ship on-brand assets on schedule
- Define campaign KPIs, build dashboards, and report on CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve funnel performance
- Manage the marketing budget, vendor and agency relationships, and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot or Marketo)
- Present campaign performance and channel recommendations to leadership on a monthly cadence
- 4-7 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech, with demonstrated pipeline or revenue impact
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, GA4, and paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice across channels and audiences
- Experience managing budgets and vendors with a data-driven approach to allocation
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), marketing attribution tools, or a startup/scale-up background
