Social Media Strategist
Center for Cosmetic SurgeryAbout The Center for Cosmetic Surgery
The Center for Cosmetic Surgery is a Colorado aesthetic medicine group that brings together three brands, each serving patients at a different stage of their journey. The Center for Cosmetic Surgery is our surgical practice, with our team of 6 surgeons specializing in face, breast, body, and more. Our non-surgical care is led by Rejuvenate MedSpa and SkinLab Denver. Rejuvenate and SkinCeuticals SkinLab Denver are our premier destinations for injectables, laser, and aesthetic treatments, with locations in Golden, Denver, and Colorado Springs.
Together, our brands care for patients at every stage, from a first skincare visit to surgery. We hold ourselves to a high standard of patient care, and our marketing reflects that: thoughtful, credible, and focused on real results. Our marketing team is small, collaborative, and hands-on, so the work you do here is seen and makes a real difference.
Position Summary
The Social Media Strategist owns social media strategy and content creation across all three brands in the practice group: a surgical authority brand, and two luxury medspa brands. • Lead the social side of weekly and quarterly planning with marketing leadership and the Marketing Specialist so social, email, web, and promotions launch as one integrated plan
• Monitor platform updates, algorithm shifts, social listening, and trends, and translate them into timely, brand appropriate content for a medical aesthetics audience

• Concept, shoot, and edit high quality, platform native short form video for Instagram and TikTok, with a strong eye for lighting, framing, audio, pacing, hooks, and text overlays

• Test formats, hooks, and content pillars; scale what works and retire what doesn't
• Connect social activity to business outcomes (inquiries, consults, bookings) and share organic insights with paid media partners to inform boosting and ad creative
Who Succeeds in This Role
