Digital Marketing Manager

E-Commerce & Digital Lead

Soni is partnering with a growing organization in the healthcare/life sciences space seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Lead to join its U.S. team.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can work across e-commerce, CRM, digital advertising, social, websites, and analytics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce activities, including product pages, content, merchandising, promotions, customer journeys, and marketplace presence
• Execute CRM and email marketing campaigns, including automated journeys, segmentation, testing, and deployment
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Track performance across traffic, conversion, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs
• Manage digital content, social media, websites, and campaign landing pages
• Coordinate digital projects across internal teams, agencies, technology partners, and creative resources
• Ensure digital activities meet applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6+ years of experience across e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing, or digital business
• Strong hands-on e-commerce execution experience
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, CRM/email marketing, GA4, SEO, and digital analytics
• Experience managing agencies and multiple cross-functional stakeholders
• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, medical device, or another regulated industry strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
