Lead the Digital Strategy Behind the Brand
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing activity and help turn online opportunities into measurable results.
You’ll work across digital campaigns, content, social media, email, website activity, audience engagement, and performance analysis. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, giving you responsibility for keeping digital initiatives focused, organized, and aligned with wider marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across relevant online channels
- Plan and oversee digital campaigns from initial brief through to performance review
- Manage social media, email marketing, website, and other digital initiatives
- Develop digital content and coordinate creative assets for campaigns
- Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, and emerging digital trends
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, traffic, and conversion activity
- Analyze digital results and use insights to recommend improvements
- Manage digital marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on digital projects
- Support SEO, paid media, and online visibility initiatives where appropriate
- Ensure digital content and messaging remain consistent with brand standards
- Prepare performance reports and present key findings to management
- Identify new opportunities to improve customer engagement across digital channels
- Manage multiple digital projects while keeping priorities and deadlines on track
Qualifications
Previous experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, performance marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, or a related field is preferred.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer behavior
- Experience planning and managing digital campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret marketing data and identify actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Confidence working with analytics, CRM, advertising, and digital marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and website performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
