Digital Marketing Coordinator - E-commerce

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their e-commerce operations in Calgary . This role will assist in the execution of various digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving online sales and enhancing brand presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to manage social media, email campaigns, and website content, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of their digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and contribute to the overall success of the online business.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and track engagement metrics. Support the management of online advertising campaigns, including basic keyword research and ad performance tracking. Update and maintain website content, product descriptions, and promotional banners. Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance data and preparing regular reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably with an e-commerce focus. Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic social media management tools. Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
