Here at Ignite, we’re absolutely buzzing to be working with one of the fastest growing FMCG challenger brands in the UK. The business is becoming more recognisable and more popular by the week, they’re taking market share off some of the largest brands in the world and they have a hugely ambitious and experienced leadership team which is going to inevitably drive them to greatness.

They’re now looking to hire a new Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join the growing marketing team. This is a BRAND NEW ROLE which has been created as a result of exceptional growth. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone!

What skills do you need to be considered?

⭐️ 2+ years in Creative Strategy, Direct Response or Performance Marketing

⭐️ Hands-on track record managing Meta Ads at scale; TikTok & YouTube experience a big plus

⭐️ Experience handling substantial Paid Media budgets

⭐️ A proven history scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands via Paid Social, ideally in fast-growth consumer businesses

⭐️ Commercially sharp, data-driven and analytical by nature
