Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth

Gravity Co

Location: London

Salary: £45,000–£55,000, depending on experience

Employment: Full-time

About Gravity Co

Gravity Co is one of London's fastest-growing flex living brands, awarded Best Global Coliving Operator of the Year (2022, 2023) and named one of The Times’ Best Companies to Work For (2024).

Gravity is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help deliver our day-to-day marketing activity and support the next stage of the brand’s development. Working closely with the leadership team and our external creative, performance and development partners, you’ll connect the dots between brand, content, acquisition and commercial performance.

One day you might be reviewing the quality of enquiries from a campaign; the next, briefing a property shoot, developing a partnership or helping prepare a new Gravity location for launch. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creative marketing with commercial thinking and practical delivery.

What you'll be working on:

Growth and acquisition:

You’ll:

  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic and direct channels.
  • Work with our specialist agency partners on paid search and social activity.
  • Develop campaigns for audiences including students, professionals and corporate clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and turn results into clear actions.
  • Work with Sales to understand lead quality, viewings and bookings.
  • Help improve landing pages, enquiry journeys and direct bookings.
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets and keep activity aligned with occupancy priorities.
  • Research and test new audiences, channels and acquisition opportunities.

Brand and Content:

You’ll:

  • Manage the marketing and content calendar across social media, website and email.
  • Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, creators and other partners.
  • Develop campaigns and stories around our properties, neighbourhoods and resident experience.
  • Keep brand messaging and visual presentation consistent across different touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to grow Gravity’s organic audience.
  • Support the development of Gravity’s wider brand positioning.

Partnerships:

You’ll help develop partnerships that add genuine value to the Gravity experience.

This includes:

  • Researching and approaching relevant lifestyle, hospitality and local brands.
  • Developing partnership ideas and proposals.
  • Managing relationships from initial outreach through to activation.
  • Supporting resident events, community initiatives, affiliate opportunities and collaborative content.
  • Working with Operations to ensure partnerships are delivered effectively at property level.

Digital Marketing:

You’ll:

  • Coordinate website updates and improvements with developers and external partners.
  • Support improvements to UX, conversion and SEO.
  • Help optimise lead management and CRM journeys.
  • Maintain clear campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Identify ways to improve marketing processes and automation.
  • Coordinate marketing content and requirements across relevant property listings and distribution channels.

What we're looking for:

You’ll probably have around 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a consumer-facing business.

Experience in hospitality, travel, property, lifestyle, membership or co-living would be useful, but we’re more interested in your approach, adaptability and ability to get things done.

You’ll be:

  • A strong marketing generalist with experience across brand, content and digital acquisition.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working with campaign data and marketing KPIs.
  • Organised and able to manage several projects and priorities.
  • Creatively minded, with a good instinct for content, messaging and storytelling.
  • Comfortable briefing and coordinating agencies, freelancers and other partners.
  • Familiar with websites, paid marketing, organic content and SEO.
  • Proactive and willing to take responsibility for seeing projects through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
  • A clear communicator who can work across leadership, Sales, Operations and external teams.

Why Gravity Co?

Gravity is at an exciting stage of its growth, with a growing portfolio, distinctive London locations and plenty of opportunity to develop how the brand communicates and connects with its audiences.

You’ll have meaningful ownership of your work, exposure to different areas of the business and the opportunity to help shape Gravity as it grows.

If you’re excited by the intersection of brand, growth, hospitality, property and culture, we’d love to hear from you.
