Role: Senior Program Manager – AI & Digital Transformation

Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex technology programs, driving execution, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Architecture, and Business functions.
• Drive AI and Digital Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resource planning, dependencies, and program financials.
• Establish program governance, executive reporting, and KPI tracking to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with senior client and business stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Program Management experience with proven delivery ownership.
• Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Engineering environments.
• Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred AI Experience:

• Experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation programs.
• Exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.
• Ability to translate AI innovations into real business outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Payments, or Insurance).
• Experience leading core modernization, digital banking, customer experience, data, regulatory, or AI transformation programs.
