I’m looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to join an ambitious AI-led, mobile-first consumer technology business in Central London.

This is a genuinely broad, hands-on growth role covering paid acquisition, brand, performance marketing, content, CRM, retention, experimentation and conversion optimisation.

But there’s an important difference. AI will sit at the heart of both the product and how this person approaches marketing.

We’re looking for someone who understands how AI, automation, data and experimentation can be used practically to make marketing faster, smarter and more scalable and not someone that has simply added AI to their CV.

Someone who sees AI and automation to improve campaign performance, analysis, content, experimentation, customer acquisition and decision-making.

You’ll work closely with the CMO and take significant ownership across:

• Brand building, organic social, content, PR and influencer marketing
• Creative strategy and structured testing
• CRM, onboarding, lifecycle marketing and retention
• Landing pages, App Store optimisation and conversion
• A/B testing across pricing, trials, offers and customer journeys
• Mobile measurement, attribution and tracking
• Using AI and automation to improve campaign management, reporting, analysis, content and experimentation
• Making commercial decisions
• Paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Apple Search Ads

Experience:

• Someone with 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within a tech first, consumer technology, mobile app or subscription-led business.
• You'll need to be:
• Commercial and highly analytical
• Comfortable getting hands-on with campaigns and platforms
• Experienced across acquisition and the wider customer lifecycle
• Obsessed with testing, learning and improving performance
• Comfortable operating at pace with significant ownership
• Already using with AI in your day-to-day marketing, not simply adding it to your CV
