Position Summary

As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO, GEO, & Web Strategy, you will own and execute strategies to maximize Netgain’s visibility across traditional search engines, emerging generative search platforms, and our corporate website. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and creative problem solving to drive qualified pipeline through search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and a best-in-class website experience built in Webflow.

You’ll work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure our organic and generative search efforts attract, engage, and convert high-quality prospects — while also managing external partners, including our SEO/GEO contractor and web agency, to scale execution and innovation.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with SEO execution and experienced in both designing and editing websites in Webflow, deeply analytical, and highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines. This person communicates effectively across audiences, from executives to peers, adapting style and detail as needed. Strong writing skills are essential to crafting compelling SEO- and GEO-optimized content, clear reporting, and engaging web experiences.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Englewood, Colorado office.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize Netgain’s SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink growth.
Lead GEO strategy and execution, ensuring Netgain’s brand and thought leadership surface effectively in AI-driven search and generative platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
Serve as primary owner of the Netgain website — responsible for content, structure, performance, UX, and visual consistency.
Design and edit pages directly in Webflow, including both Designer and Editor environments, ensuring seamless implementation of content, layout, and functionality.
Manage day-to-day collaboration with the external web agency to execute design, UX, and technical improvements aligned with business objectives.
Partner with content and product marketing to create thought leadership assets optimized for SEO and GEO.
Collaborate with the SEO/GEO contractor to align on strategy, deliverables, reporting, and measurable outcomes.
Leverage SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other tools to monitor site performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Develop and deliver data-driven reports on SEO, GEO, and web performance with clear insights and recommendations.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search innovations, and web experience best practices, proactively adapting strategy.
Partner with demand generation to ensure cohesive search presence across organic and paid channels.
Serve as backup for event execution and planning as needed to support broader marketing goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on SEO, website management, and/or content strategy.
Direct, hands-on experience in Webflow (Designer and Editor views required) — ability to build, edit, and optimize pages independently.
Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, site architecture, and UX principles.
Experience collaborating with or managing external agencies and contractors.
Curiosity or prior experience with GEO and AI-driven search platforms.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong project management and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate insights clearly to varied audiences.
HubSpot or other marketing automation experience preferred.

Strong technical SEO health and site performance, including Core Web Vitals and crawl efficiency.
Scalable, well-documented SEO and GEO processes that reduce friction and dependency on external partners.
Consistent, data-driven insights and reporting that inform strategic marketing decisions.
Seamless collaboration with external SEO/GEO and web partners, delivering projects on time and to spec.
Proactive adoption of emerging GEO tactics and AI-driven search trends to maintain early competitive advantage.
