As an E-Commerce and Customer Experience Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs. You will manage processes that enhance the online checkout experience, ensure the quality of grocery deliveries and pickups, and create a seamless customer journey. Your focus will include driving safety and quality, optimizing team productivity, and ensuring program effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include

Delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring all Team Members adhere to high standards of service.
Setting clear expectations for balancing in-store service and fulfilling online orders.
Monitoring customer flow both in-store and online; effectively delegating tasks to meet customer needs.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Responding proactively to customer inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently.
Fostering collaborative relationships with store leadership, departmental leaders, and delivery partners.
Encouraging a positive team environment marked by respect and high morale.
Upholding Team Member safety and compliance with health regulations.
Mentoring and developing Team Members to cultivate a high-performing team and reduce turnover.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in workspaces.
Ensuring all equipment security standards are met.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Consistently demonstrating and promoting Whole Foods Market’s core values and leadership principles.

Qualifications

12+ months of retail experience.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
Requires handling tasks that include grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Must be able to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
May experience exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ability to work in wet and cold environments.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to safely use tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.

The wage range for this position is $17.50-$30.20 per hour based on experience. Whole Foods Market offers comprehensive benefits, including store discounts, paid time off, and health & wellness programs. Please note that benefit eligibility varies based on specific employment circumstances.
