Customer Service Representative

CHAOS Fishing – South Florida

CHAOS Fishing, the largest fishing outfitter in the Southeast U.S., is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a junior-level role supporting our e-commerce operations—no fishing experience required (but a plus).

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries (order status, returns, issues)
Process customer and Amazon FBA returns
Handle shipping claims for damaged orders
Route sales inquiries to our Outfitter team
Assist with managing social media platforms (responding to messages, comments, and basic engagement)
Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working in multiple software systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Solid work history and reliability
Proven ability to meet goals/metrics
Clean background check and drug screening required
