Job Summary
You’ll help deliver day-to-day marketing activity across campaigns, events, digital, social, CRM and referral programmes. No two days look the same, one day you’re preparing proposals or social content, the next you’re coordinating an event or analysing campaign data.
Job Responsibilities
- Support digital & offline campaign delivery.
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage website updates, blogs, and social scheduling.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate referrals and track BD activity
- Support seminars, webinars, and external events end-to-end
- Provide general admin support across the marketing function.
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years in a marketing or business development admin role
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
- Confident with MS Office; CRM experience helpful
- Experience in professional services is a bonus, not essential.
