A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation Office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-priority enterprise programs from strategy through execution, delivering quantifiable EBITDA, cash, and operational outcomes
Develop and own initiative roadmaps, KPIs, RAID logs, resourcing plans, and cross-functional governance
Build business cases and models; partner with Finance to validate impact and benefit realization
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation
Proven leader of large-scale transformation or carve-out programs
Exceptional operator with structured problem-solving skills and analytical rigor
Executive presence and ability to influence across C-suite and PE stakeholders
High-velocity mindset comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and compressed timelines
