Position Title: Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Influencer
Your Role
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the international marketing team to manage and grow our brand presence globally, specifically in Europe (70% focus). This role is responsible for managing social media, developing global content ideas to drive community engagement, and reporting for key brand moments. In addition, this role will vet, build, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand awareness and customer engagement in Europe.
Success requires a global mindset, cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment, and a strong passion for the European market and its cultural nuances. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in spotting trends and new opportunities.

Your Impact
- Create & maintain organic social calendars and delivery of assets for all brands (VS, Beauty & PINK) to ensure execution consistency.
- Be a creative thinker to generate content ideas that build meaningful brand & consumer connections and encourages community members to take action in-store or online.
- Search and support outreach & onboarding of influencers that align with the brand’s mission and values across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day influencer communications, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support the development of briefs, messaging and content guidelines for localized tactics and/or influencer partnerships.
- Support gifting and paid collaborations, including seeding campaigns, try-ons, and content series.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing post-campaign reporting and insights for organic social & influencers engagements.
- Play a key role in organizing, maintaining and cascading key meetings & actions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and share industry trends and best practices in both social media and influencer marketing.
- This role may require occasional domestic and international travel throughout the year.

Minimum Salary: $76,100.00
Maximum Salary: $99,855.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in social media marketing or influencer engagements.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Teams etc.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Flexible, innovative, and creative – a problem solver who recognizes opportunities and quickly turns them into recommendations.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Highly organized and attention to detail.
- Fast thinking and fast acting.
- Positive, cooperative with a “can do” attitude and willing to be hands-on (roll up sleeves mentality).
