US Attorney Needed – Google Ads Policy Misclassification / Medical Brand Advertising Dispute

We are seeking a U.S.-licensed attorney with experience in technology platforms, advertising law, regulatory matters, healthcare advertising, or online policy disputes.

Our company is NovoSculpt, a body contouring and liposuction practice located in Greenwich, Connecticut.

We are experiencing an ongoing issue with Google Ads, where our brand has repeatedly been classified under “Unapproved / Unsupported Substances.”

The issue is that NovoSculpt is NOT a substance.

NovoSculpt is

• A trademarked medical services brand
• A body contouring and liposuction practice
• Not a drug, supplement, injectable, peptide, pharmaceutical, chemical compound, or consumable product

Prior efforts already completed include

• Multiple Google Ads appeals and reviews
• Policy escalations
• FDA correspondence clarifying that no FDA approval applies because no substances are being sold
• BBB complaint
• Prior legal correspondence
• Trademark and business documentation

We are seeking assistance to

Review the matter and documentation

Assess feasibility of resolving the issue with Google

Communicate with Google policy, legal, compliance, or escalation teams if appropriate

Explore mediation, policy correction, or other resolution pathways

Advise regarding additional options if resolution is unsuccessful
