Social Media Ads Manager (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) – Conversion-Focused | Wedding Insiders Network

Wedding Insiders Network (WIN) is a growing membership platform for wedding professionals, launching across New England and New York in early January. We help couples find verified, high-quality vendors while helping wedding pros grow their businesses through marketing and community.

We are looking for a contract Social Media Ads Manager with a proven track record of running high-performing, conversion-focused campaigns — primarily on Instagram, with Facebook and TikTok as possible secondary channels.

This is not a generic social media management role. We are specifically looking for a paid ads specialist who understands consumer and vendor acquisition funnels, can interpret data, and knows how to optimize ads mid-campaign. The ideal contractor has worked with lifestyle brands (wedding industry a huge plus), but strong DTC experience is also valued.

NOTE: If you also have skills as a social media manager for organic content/community management, please share that - we're currently seeking both positions, but if we can integrate them, even better!

About the Role

You will build, launch, manage, and optimize our paid campaigns targeted at:

1. Wedding vendors – driving free trial signups that convert to paid memberships

2. Engaged couples – driving account creation and on-site engagement

These campaigns are core to WIN’s growth strategy. You will work closely with the COO and CMO to shape ad strategy, creative tests, and funnel improvements.

This is a remote, part-time contract role with potential for long-term work as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Instagram-first paid advertising campaigns (with Facebook and TikTok as needed)
  • Build audiences, custom lists, retargeting flows, and lookalike segments
  • Create campaign structures optimized for lower-funnel conversion (vendor signups + couple registrations)
  • Write ad copy *and create the visuals* - we'll provide the brand assets, style guide, and photos/video you need
  • Run A/B tests for creative, copy, and audiences
  • Track performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting as needed
  • Provide clear reporting with insights, recommendations, and next steps
  • Understand and optimize for CAC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Ensure ads remain compliant with platform policies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of running paid social campaigns with measurable conversion results
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads Manager a plus
  • Ability to interpret data quickly and make optimization decisions, but work collaboratively with our team in doing so.
  • Experience with lifestyle brands, DTC, or membership/subscription models preferred
  • Experience in the wedding industry is a major advantage but not required
  • Strong writing and creative collaboration skills - you're obsessive about aesthetics, proofreading, and making sure our brand voice is honored
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines - moxie is a must.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Zapier, and other marketing tools
  • Understanding of early-stage startup environments
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and testing

Project Details

  • Contract, flexible hours (5–10 hrs/week to start)
  • Remote (US preferred but open to other locations if experience and time zones align)
  • Competitive hourly or monthly rate depending on experience
