E-commerce Sales Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $5,000 CAD per month (~$60,000/year) + performance bonus

Job Summary: Join a fast-growing Hong Kong-based brand entering Canada You'll drive online sales of bonsai, succulents, and Greenology concrete planters through Amazon, our website, and digital marketing. Ideal for a hands-on sales/marketing professional with gardening passion and e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Expand brand presence and drive online sales across Canada via Amazon, , and emerging channels.

· Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to hit monthly targets and build customer loyalty.

· Support customers with planting advice (bonsai, succulents, container gardening) to boost satisfaction and repeat sales.

· Create engaging product listings, social media content, and email campaigns.

Requirements

· 2+ years of proven e-commerce sales or digital marketing experience (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar).

· Hands-on knowledge of bonsai, succulents, or container gardening (personal or professional).

· Comfortable with flexible hours for occasional early (6–8 AM) or late (9–11 PM) Zoom calls with Hong Kong/China teams.

· Strong English communication: Mandarin/Cantonese is a big plus.

· Self-starter who thrives in a remote, startup environment.

· No degree required – we value results and experience.
