Job Purpose

Unily is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our global operations. This role is central to how we run marketing, from the systems we use to the processes that connect our work to revenue. You'll support key parts of the tech stack, execute operational projects end to end, and support both central and regional teams with structure, insight, and solutions.

We're looking for a detail-oriented team member who moves confidently across platforms, understands the demands of revenue marketing, and brings a data-driven mindset to problem-solving. You should be comfortable navigating complexity, anticipating needs before they're raised, and building systems that scale.

Important: This is a remote US-based role supporting a London-based manager and working alongside UK and US stakeholders. To support effective communication across time zones, the expected working hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proficiently operate our marketing tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, and more. Ensuring clean data, connected systems, and usable reporting
  • Execute operational support for campaigns and programs, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes across teams and regions
  • Build reports and dashboards, and analyze such, across our tech stack that help teams understand performance and make better decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and regional teams to align goals, timelines, and execution
  • Spot gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and proactively work to fix them
  • Support the balance between global consistency and regional nuance
  • Take ownership of executing cross-functional projects from start to finish

Requirements

  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau, not just using them but knowing how to get the most from them through intelligent data structures and integrations. Hubspot workflow creation/management, process building, and mapping out how logic flows interact with each other is critical.
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-channel data structures - particularly source tracking and UTM/referral path best practices
  • Experience managing the selection, negotiation, contracting, design, implementation, training, and maintenance of the full marketing vendor (product and services) lifecycle
  • A clear understanding of revenue marketing, demand generation, ABM, and how marketing connects to pipeline and growth
  • A proactive mindset. You anticipate needs, flag risks early, and solve problems without being asked
  • Strategic doer who balances high-level thinking with hands-on execution, prioritizing tasks effectively to focus on what moves the needle most
  • Simplify complex technical details and present them in a clear and concise style for executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management. You know how to influence, prioritize, and keep things moving
  • High level of proficiency across marketing operations. You're confident across platforms, data, and process design
  • You work quickly, communicate clearly, and are comfortable in fast-changing environments
  • You are dynamic and comfortable moving quickly and navigating the complex nature of a scale-up
