E-commerce Manager

**Job Overview**

• *Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
• Create an omnichanel experience with the support of the Store Manager.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Optimize website performance enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Analyze web traffic and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve site performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product offerings.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• *Qualifications**
• Minimum 5 years experience in Ecommerce management or digital marketing role.
• Experience in working with major online brands (Amazon, eBay, BestBuy Marketplace).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms, especially Enterprise solutions.
• Experience in Omnichanel experience
• Strong understanding of web technologies including CSS and WordPress for website management.
• Experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge of inbound marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
