Digital Marketing Specialist

Kurv is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys creating clear and on-brand collateral for teams across the company. This role is the frontline of Kurv’s visual and verbal identity, helping internal departments communicate more effectively with merchants, partners, agents, and each other. You will support teams by keeping materials updated, accurate, and in alignment with Kurv’s brand guidelines.
You will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborate across the department and organization. Success in this role comes from being organized, adaptable, communicative, and curious about how each audience thinks and what each team needs to do their job better. You will often balance multiple requests and should feel comfortable asking thoughtful questions to create highly targeted, audience-specific materials.
Responsibilities
Will include, but are not limited to
- Create, update, and maintain internal and external collateral for sales, partnerships, operations, and other departments.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all materials and assist other teams in applying them correctly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into effective materials.
- Ask strategic questions that clarify audience needs and guide the development of targeted content.
- Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency and organizational impact.
- Maintain efficient project workflows and ensure deadlines are met.
- Produce visually polished digital and print content using approved creative tools.
- Support a wide variety of broader marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or creative role
- Experience communicating with different audience types from all points of the sales journey
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to interpret feedback and improve materials independently
- Graphic design ability and experience creating digital and print collateral
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B and/or financial industries is a plus
