Transformation Lead – GenAI Business Strategy and Transformation

The D. E. Shaw group seeks a talented transformation lead to join its GenAI Business Strategy and Transformation (GAIBiz) team. GAIBiz accelerates GenAI adoption and opportunity identification across the firm by providing a commercial, human-centered perspective that complements technology and markets expertise. This role will partner with technology teams and business units to identify and enable high-impact GenAI opportunities, guiding the innovation pipeline from experimentation through to scaled solutions.
