Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities, ensuring timely responses and insights.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to boost visibility and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage relationship management initiatives, and enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales and enhances customer experience.
- Edit videos for social media campaigns using video editing software to produce captivating visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social for monitoring online conversations.
- Experience managing social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Ability to create engaging content through photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding strategies.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate proofreading and messaging consistency.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising channels including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
