Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the driving force behind administrative excellence and innovative marketing initiatives. Your enthusiasm will help streamline daily operations, coordinate marketing initiatives, and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. Operations/Admin Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new employees
  • Maintaining our phone system and answering incoming calls (updating prompts: voicemail, holiday hours, phone tree etc)
  • Scheduling all incoming calls about walkthroughs and updating them in our system
  • Google admin management: removing and creating accounts, creating groups, editing settings, etc
  • Taking messages via phone and email: connecting requests with the right people from service, to project management to invoicing, etc
  • Job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Assisting with management of CEO's calendar when needed

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating misc content on website
  • Working closely with marketing and website consultants
  • Writing website’s blog and posting monthly
  • Scheduling photoshoots with clients and photographers
  • Saving and organizing photos on the drive
  • Posting photos on socials and to the website gallery
  • Social media: regularly posting to stories and in feed, coming up with content, brainstorming new ideas
  • Creating/sending monthly newsletter content and maintaining distribution list
  • Creating and ordering signage when requested
  • Misc event and conference arrangements
  • Misc branding, merch, biz cards creation/ordering
  • Entering ongoing awards/competitions
  • Creating misc fliers, one pagers, infographics for Sales, PM, Service, etc through Canva
  • Organizing Holiday giftings/send outs

Experience

  • 1-3 years of work experience in marketing or operations
  • Experience with Canva and Google Suites
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Interest in renovation and homes is a plus!
  • Jobtread experience is a plus!
